‘Sens Inverse’ has been inspired by Global Champagne Day and has been rolled out in a national tour with each city’s top chef talent. ‘Sens Inverse’ translated from French means ‘In reverse’ and the experience comprised an exquisite champagne-matched dinner crafted in reverse. This event has been accompanied by the chronological story of champagne and glassware history. This cross-media campaign translates the atmosphere of the French champagne history.
